Issue| open| and serve wine/champagne bottles. Answer guest questions or
concerns regarding the origin| vintage| and style of various wines. Update and
maintain wine list and MICROS system. Pair and suggest wines that will best
complement menu items. Attend wine tastings and develop relationships with
vendors. Request new wines and products. Create and update wine lists. Design
and implement wine promotions and incentive programs. Monitor and replenish

Key Responsibilities include-

This unique role will allow you to grow your experience within our busy Conservatory Bar
Assist the Restaurant Manager and Food & Beverage Manager with the daily operation of the restaurant
Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and profit contribution
Provide ongoing training and continual departmental improvement
Take ownership of and offer problem solving initiatives ensuring both the Guest’s and Hotel/Departments interests are met.

Successful Candidate will possess-

Full working rights in Australia
Previous leadership experience within Bar Operations| either hotel and/or key industry venues
Excellent time management| managerial and organisational skills
Proven success in developing high performing teams; coaching| mentoring and instilling engagement
An expert on beverage program development| with a high level skill when referring to mixology and sound wine knowledge
Proven success in developing profitable business culture| driving both top and bottom line revenue streams
Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.

are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to
join our Oyster Bar Team.

Job Description

If you have a 5 star attitude towards service and enjoy working in a fast-
paced hospitality environment| this is the job for you!

As a Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for providing friendly|
courteous and efficient food and beverage service. You will be required to
work and connect with guests| as well as show-casing your skills behind the
bar whilst managing a team with a passion for 5 star luxury service.

You will be responsible for assisting the Bars Manager with the day to day
operations of Oyster Bar. Duties will include; ensuring a high standard of
service is being provided| controlling stock levels and equipment in the bar|
motivating staff| monitoring staff hours and breaks and demonstrating a
professional work ethic for the team to follow.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be energetic| friendly| organized| enjoy working in a
team environment and be passionate to provide the highest level of customer
service. Prior food and beverage experience| including Barista skills| and
Cocktail making is essential. The ideal candidate will have Previous
Supervisor experience in 5 Star environment| food and beverage pairing
knowledge| ability to lead a small team and ability to maintain and grow loyal
customer base. All candidates must be available to work a rotating roster
including holidays and weekends. Only candidates with a current Queensland RSA
certificate will be eligible for hire.
