Department:

The Concierge department is responsible for the smooth coordination and
supervision of the guest arrival and departure experience| and acts as welcome
and farewell representatives of the Hotel.

Job Description:

Meet and greet all hotel guests on arrival with a sincere and welcoming demeanour.

Show courtesy and assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.

Maintain a consistent presence on the hotel driveway| recognising returning guests and assisting guests with directions.

Be of service to guests and patrons in all areas especially transport| local attractions and general information.

Previous experience in a similar role (Preferable)

Ability to work well under pressure
