Job Summary
Our Buildings + Places Team is growing and in order to support a number of
significant project wins and to support the continued growth of our business-
we are looking for an experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our
team. This role will provide mechanical services through design and
construction phases for industry sectors such as Health- Education and
Defence.
Working within a dynamic- highly motivated and driven team- you will mentor
our junior staff and develop our future engineers. As an experience

professional- you will contribute to the winning- management and delivery o

moderate to large scale projects.

As part of this role you will:

Provide mechanical services HVAC expertise and leadership

Deliver design services and advice direct to clients

Proactively identify opportunities for improvement

Participate in business development

Assist in work planning and programming within the team

Minimum Requirements

6+ years| experience

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)

Experience working for a Building Services Consultancy

Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both internal and external clients around key dates

Demonstrated experience in preparing technical design documentation

Experience in managing project budgets and resources

Key Responsibilities

Assist team and project managers by developing good working relationships with clients during the delivery of projects

Develop good relations with your team and other teams across multiple business areas and locations

Preferred Qualifications

Undertaking a tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering

Interest in site work and getting hands on.

A strong sense of commitment- a willingness to learn- and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline driven environment
