Job overview:
Point of Contact for all analytical things for the organization (Actuals- Trends over time- Various plans- Detailed order views- Performance versus plans- Market insights and premium)
Working towards to the business requirements and managing the Dell CSB business intelligence needs.
Designing and creating dashboards to measure performance and enhance sales and merchandising strategies
Provide the teams with the information they need to make real time discussion and aid with long-term strategies
Responsibilities:
Provide daily insight where needed to explain performance for what is doing well and what is not
Detailed views of online/offline- and overview by product- brand- config for merchandising
Create performance dashboards for online- offline- merchandising
Lead and Organize Biz Ops
Assisting in Ad Hoc requests from in and outside the organizatio

Provide sales and ship phasing and plans for intra-quarter (AOP- R&O- WK6 OL- WK10 OL

Provide teams with views needed to execute day to day activities and long-term strateg

Manage the data reporting to stay up to date with current plans and split

Help with an Ad-Hoc requests for reports or presentation materials with dat

Continuously developing more ways to view data to show the story
Assist the planning team with data needed for long-term forecasting
Using project management methodologies- principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost- resource and manage projects
Analyzing market data to identify trends/opportunities- develop strategic direction from market information and create compelling analysis presentations.
Analyzing business opportunities- assess potential markets- and develop projects for use in new business initiatives.
Working toward mutual goals and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the business.
Providing financial analyses- long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships to grow the business.
Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices- and system functionality and behavior
Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions- such as creating- adopting and implementing system test plans- which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
Acting as a central reference and information source- providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process

Qualifications:

6 to 8 years of relevant experience
Process innovation and simplification experience
Self-learner- pro-active- and motivated to work in a dynamic environment with hard deadlines and clear/immediate impact to the business
Strong communication- presentation and organization skills
Strong excel skills- power-query is extremely helpful (MDX coding)
Engage others and ability to influence

Preferences

Graduate degree
Technology industry exposure
Marketing- Finance- Accounting- or Operations background
PMP certification
