# Business Development Executive – Infrastructure Managed Services
## _Principal Accountabilities_
## Represents a balanced sales effort of professional- consulting- or
outsourcing knowledge and selling skills
## Grows the territory/region/account base/named services accounts to attain
financial objectives
## Understands customers` business and solutions requirements •
Territory/regional account management- including account planning and sales
forecasting for IMS
## Customarily and regularly engaged with decision makers at client facilities
in performing primary dutie
## Leads sales process and utilizes all available resources to manag
professional services account
##
## _Principal Responsibilities_
## Advanced knowledge of the breadth of IMS offerings
## Assigned to highly complex named accounts
## Gains access to and manages relationships with department heads
## Leads through the entire sales process and delegates tasks
## Acts as a thought leader and expert to junior professional-level staff
## Promote new capabilities across all accounts
## Educate Dell EMC sales force in the new capabilities
## Provide Dell EMC sales teams in APJ with target customer profiles and
qualification criteria
## Identify opportunities and build pipeline
## Engage regularly in sales meetings – currently on 4 regular district
meetings
## Drive opportunities with Dell/EMC account leads
## Adhere to IMS governance framework

## _Skills_
## Able to assesses and allocate out high value and strategically important
potential sales opportunities and develop value proposition
## Develops advanced IMS solutions for key customers
## Expert presentation and negotiation skills with significant experience
## Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships
that shape the long term performance of the business
## Advanced negotiation skills
## Able to act as a coach and mentor where required
