About the role
In your newrole as Assistant Night Manager| you will be responsible fo
assistance withmanaging overnight Front Office and hotel operations| whils
ensuring brandservice standards are met to the highest quality. You wil
provide exceptionalservice by engaging guests from check-in to check-out| an
responding to allrequests| inquiries and complaints during their stay.
Reporting to the FrontOffice Manager and Night Manager| you will manage night
audit operations|support other departments where required and ensure that the
Front Office teamare kept fully aware of any relevant overnight activities|
issues or feedbackfrom guests.
Duties/responsibilities
Manageovernight hotel operations and night audit| and produce nightly reports asrequired
Representthe Hotel Manager in their absence
Assistother hotel departments where necessary
Handle andrecord any management and security issues or emergencies that arise| andimplement the necessary actions to resolve them
Handleguest requests| inquiries and complaints
Maintain currentknowledge of VIP movements| hotel products| services| pricing and specialpromotional offers
Liaise with theFront Office Manager and handover any relevant overnight activities| issues orfeedback from guests.
Skills/experience
Adegree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent experience
Aminimum of 2-3 years of Front Office supervisory experience in the hotel sector
Fluentin the English language in order to communicate professionally with guests andteam members| both in person and over the telephone
Excellentleadership| inter-personal| training and development skills
Apassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Computerliterate
Demonstratedability to resolve problems and conflicts
Well-presented|organised and calm personality
