Minimum 5-7 years in sales- business development- partner program management- or alliance management experience
10+ years in the software/technology industry
Must have previous Dell Technologies Experience in a Business Development role
History of exceeding quota and partner satisfaction metrics
Strong persuasive presentation skills
Strong analytical competency
An ability to identify and champion win-win scenarios
A proven capability to work in a team and collaborate across the organization
Estimated up to 30% travel- included but not limited to partner meetings- customers planning meetings- and conferences
Analyses and leverages industry- competitor and market data to strategically identify and engage opportunities with Dell Technologies sales teams.
Has a proven record selling multimillion dollar deals across many industries
Conducts coaching sessions with individual Account Executives- Inside Sales Representatives and Technical Systems Engineers to identify potential opportunities.
Grows the ANZ territory/account base to attain financial objectives
Responsible for identifying and generating million dollar leads across all industries
You will be involved in account planning sessions and provide a strong voice to engage Dell Boomi across a large product offering from Dell Technologies


Cloud-based Software experience strongly desired

Role Responsibilities

Establish and develop strong working relationship with senior Dell Technologies sales leaders and their teams
Provide input and drive strategic account planning to ensure Boomi`s inclusion and follow through
Develop a strong pipeline of deals sourced from the Dell Technologies teams
Execute against Dell Technologies alliance strategy and business plan- develop cadence- and measure/report performance
Support sales enablement activities- such as internal/external communications and sales training- and go to market planning
Seen as an authority in Integration Platforms to help evangelise Dell Boomi and build trust within the Dell Technologies sales teams
Continuously assess performance metrics and outcomes to nurture growth and optimize adoption- partner satisfaction- and revenue
Serve as primary liaison and advocate for assigned organizations
Ensures all leads are registered and tracked within
Good technical understanding of the full Dell Technologies ecosystem of products and selling motions.
