Department

The Kitchen Department is responsible for producing high quality meals for all
guests dinning in our Food & Beverage outlets| including our Pearls Bar|
Terraces Restaurant and Oasis Pool Bar. They are responsible for creating
amazing dining experience for our guests.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Full Time Commis Chef
Pastry/Baker| with pervious bakery experience to join our busy Pastry Culinary
team. As a member of our five star culinary team| you will work in our Pastry
Kitchen. Previous experience in HACCP Food Quality and Safety is desirable. To
assist us in maintaining our reputation for outstanding food and beverage
quality| only candidates with a high level of professionalism and a commitment
to excellence need apply.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a creative flair with prior experience
in a pastry kitchen| a genuine enthusiasm for cooking| self-motivation and the
ability to work unsupervised. Pervious bakery experience is a must. You must
be able to prioritise| have high attention to detail and also basic computer
skills in Microsoft Office applications. You must also be available to work a
rotating roster| including nights and weekends. This role will have a
requirement of HACCP reporting to be completed| therefore the successful
candidate must be prepared to develop and increase their knowledge in this
field.
