Job Summary

The Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park is seeking a Communications Agent who

In this role you will accommodate the requests and needs of all guests. You
will be required to handle guest enquiries and requests. You will provide
comfort and perform excellent service recovery when guest encounter a
challenge with our service or product. You will be required to work across
into the Reception area as required. The role also consists of making
recommendations| reservations as well as many other varied tasks that ensure
our guest experience is special. The Communications Agent will act at all
times in a courteous| safe and efficient manner| in accordance with the
hotel|s policies and procedures.

First impressions last! You will possess exceptional communication and
interpersonal skills and delight in delivering our guests a memorable
experience. Experience with Opera and Front Office in a 4-5 Star Hotel is
preferred as well as the ability to work a 7 day rotating roster.
