The Westin Melbourne hotel is an oasis in the heart of the city|s bustling
Central Business District. With a commanding location on Collins Street|
arguably Australia|s premier street| The Westin Melbourne preserves wellness
in travel with a number of signature brand offerings including our Westin

Responsible for providing first impressions| our Service Express team are
proactive| welcoming and true professionals at delighting our guests.
Anticipate guest’s needs through observation and offer prompt| efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates.
To be of service to guests and patrons in all areas especially transport| local attractions and general information.
Communicate with guests prior to their arrival at the hotel to ensure all booking needs and requests are met.
Liaise with Tour Operators and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of transport and tour services.
Be pro-actively involved in the hotel|s operation keeping up-to-date with any events within the hotel.
Supporting other areas within the Front Office and Service Express departments. This will include assisting with valet parking guest cars| checking in guests and delivering guest bags and other items as requested.
A passion for customer service and an in-depth knowledge of Melbourne CBD and surrounding areas
Full driver’s license
The ability to lead by example| have a positive demeanour and demonstrate initiative and advanced communication| organisational and problem solving skills
Must have the flexibility to work on a 7 day roster including public holidays and weekends
