Job Summary
AECOM- in support of the Commonwealth of Australia- requires a cybersecurity
expert. The candidate will interface with Commonwealth and industry personnel
to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies- requirements- policies-
directives- guidance- and best practices for the Attack-class Future Submarine
program. The candidate will be integrated with the Future Submarine Program
office- which is responsible for the design- construction- and delivery of
Attack-class submarines and associated infrastructure. The candidate will be
responsible for mentoring members of the Future Submarine Technical Office to
further develop cybersecurity expertise for the Commonwealth. The candidat

will be responsible for integrating cybersecurity throughout the entir

systems design lifecycle and developing a program protection plan.

Minimum Requirements

BS degree in Computer Science- Information Assurance- Cyber Security- Incident Response- Security Management- or related discipline.

Twelve years of experience in establishing cybersecurity control plans- policies- procedures- and integrating Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework into the system acquisition lifecycle.

Experience with submarine or surface ship systems- platforms- and supporting infrastructure.

The candidate requires experience with US DoD Directive 8140/8570- NIST 800-171- and ISO/IEC 27000 series.

Management role experience requiring CISSP required.

Active SECRET security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified CISSP-ISSEP preferred.

Knowledge of the Australian Government Department of Defence Cyber Security Operations Centre cyber strategies is preferred.
