The Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort| Gold Coast has an exciting opportunity for
an Executive Assistant Manager position with responsibility for F&B.

The Executive Assistant Manager is the strategic business leader of the
property’s Food and Beverage operation including Terraces Restaurant| Pearls
Bar| Oyster Bar & Grill| Oasis Pool Bar| In Room Dining and our Banqueting
Department. You will be working closely with our General Manger to align and
support business propositions within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Effective Leadership to ensure Associates are focused on providing service that is aligned with Service Standards.

Effective management of labour costs in conjunction with Legislation and the appropriate industrial tool.

Driving and supporting corporate programs.

Development of effective working partnerships with Food & Beverage| Kitchen and Sales & Marketing.

Identification and execution of promotional opportunities in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing team.

Ensure the delivery of an exceptional Food and Beverage product and service that meets market needs.

Assisting with menu preparation in consultation with Executive Chef.

Ensure compliance with liquor licensing| WHS and Anti-Discrimination laws.

Ensure high standards of hygiene in line with HACCP| local food safety and Marriott International requirements.


Extensive Management Experience with a background in multiple F&B outlets

Ability and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced evolving environment

Previous hotel knowledge and experience would be an advantage
