Casual Event Sales Coordinator

Event Sales Team at the Hilton! Reporting to the Conference and Events Sales
Manager| the Event Sales Coordinator assists with the administrative function
of our Conference and Event functions within the Hotel. This is a casual
position but with lots of potential for growth for the right person as our
portfolio of hotels is expanding quickly within Perth and WA.
What will I be doing?

As Event Sales Coordinator| you will fully support the administrative function
of the Event Sales team to ensure the correct Event Orders are in place and t

support the billing procedures of the event in question. Specifically| yo

will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highes

standards:

Fully utilise the Delphi system to generate Event Orders

Ensure that deposits are in place and in a timely fashion

Understand fully the hotel amenities| packages and promotions

Generate and develop rapport with clients and build business relationships

Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients

Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issue to ensure future business

Arrange and carry out TOI|s as required

Assist with the administration as directed by the team

Previous experience in Delphi is essential

Excellent communication skills

High level of IT skills| including Excel| PowerPoint| and Word

Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets

Excellent organisational and administration skills

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following
capabilities and distinctions:

Previous experience in a sales role

Relevant degree| in a sales or business discipline| from an academic institution
