Location

This iconic Resort is situated between the renowned Great Barrier Reef and the
Daintree Rainforest in Tropical North Queensland. The resort comprises 295
guest rooms| suites and boutique self contained villas.

Department

Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas is seeking a highly skilled|
motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Coordinator to join our Team.
We|re looking for someone with excellent administrative skills who is ready to
take their hospitality career to the next level and to go beyond in everything
they do

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Provide administration support to the Food & Beverage and Kitchen Teams

Assist Department Managers and Supervisors in the administration of recruitment and onboarding for new associates

Work with Managers to Document and update Departmental Standards and Procedures.

Assist the Executive Chef with any HACCP requirements including audits

Assist with Restaurant and Banquet reservations for special events including but not limited to Melbourne cup| Christmas Events and NYE.

Support Department Heads and Supervisors with rostering and processing of timesheets for associate hours and payroll according to company policy and using the company time and attendance system

Use the purchasing system to raise and receipt orders as and when required from the Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef.

Assist the Manager| Food and Beverage on product concepts| enabling the Hotel to meet guest|s expectations Maintain all menus and signage within the outlets| e.g. cocktail lists| dinner menus| welcome signage

To assist in outlet venues with operations as and when required

To be successful in these positions you will need to possess the following
minimum requirements:

•Demonstrated administration skills and experience with high level
organisational skills

•F&B Attendant / Restaurant experience within a 5 or high-end environment

•A flexible approach to work with a willingness to take on additional tasks to
assist the team

•Strong communication skills & attention to detail

•Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Attainment
