About the role
In your new roleas Food & Beverage Supervisor| you will work alongside other
Supervisorsand assist the Restaurant Manager with overseeing the day to day
operations ofthe service team in the Restaurant| Bar and In Room Dining. You
will be responsible for engaging with ourguests and supporting the team with
daily activities| and ensuring brandservice standards are met to the highest
quality. You will enjoy working aspart of a team on a rotating roster| in a
fast-paced environment and have agenuine passion for food| wine and providing
exceptional customer service.
Duties/responsibilities
Support and Supervise the daily operations ensuring the running of a smooth shift
Ensure that brand standards are met and guest expectations are exceeded
Maintainyour knowledge and stay abreast of current restaurant and bar trends
Evaluatecustomer satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
Resolveconflicts and issues where necessary
Trainand develop team members
Ensure your teammaintains a professional manner and are up to date with VIP guest movements|hotel events| local attractions and activities
Provide service in line with the Hilton Brand Service Standards
Understand menu content and brief the team accordingly
Deal with guest enquiries in an efficient and professional manner
Skills/experience
Experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory/Team Leader role| preferably within a hotel environment
Highlydeveloped customer service skills coupled with passion and extensive knowledgeof food & wine
Strongattention to detail| with the ability to manage competing priorities and applygood judgement| whilst demonstrating exceptional organisational skills
Demonstratedability to resolve problems and conflict| and work efficiently under pressure
Fluentin the English language in order to communicate professionally with guests andteam members| both in person and over the telephone
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict| and work efficiently under pressure
Well-presented| organised and calm personality
