by Hilton Perth Waterfront will adjoin BarrackSquare and the Elizabeth Qua

precinct. The 229 room hotel will boast stunningpanoramic river and cit

skyline views. This stylish full service andnew-build hotel will feature

restaurant| rooftop bar| executive lounge| gym|pool and event spaces.

The Food & Beverage Services Manager is a hands-on position| responsible for
managing operations ofour Food & Beverage outlets; this includes conference
and events|restaurant and bars| room service and executive lounge operations.
Joiningthe senior leadership team during the preopening phase| this will be
youropportunity to inspire and build an amazing DoubleTree culture within your
newteam| setting them up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all food & beverage outlets during the pre-opening phase and throughout ongoing operation; setting high standards and inspiring the team to deliver the brand essence| to be ‘ _simply welcoming||_
Champion our culture and strive to build a successful and thriving team| with the knowledge and confidence to deliver exceptional experiences|
Be committed to the recruitment of great team members| and to the leadership| training and development of your team|
Empower your team to manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner| and will evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement|
Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food| liquor costs| and payroll management and will be accountable for monthly stock takes|
Set departmental targets and objectives| work schedules| budgets| and policies and procedures|
Always encourage the team and embed our recognition programs into your day-to-day operation|
Ensure our brand standards| policies and procedures are implemented and upheld
Be environmentally aware and seize opportunities to make our operation more sustainable|
Collaborate with other departments wherever necessary and work to maintain good relationships with your peers|
Lead by example| sharing innovative spirit and your passion for all facets of food and beverage; wine| food| cocktails| banqueting and exceptional guest service.

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous management experience in a multifaceted food and beverage leadership role| ideally within a full service hotel environment|
A degree level qualification in hotel management| business or a related field|
A successful track record in hotel operations|
Proven ability to recruit| motivate and train a successful team| and
Knowledge of the hotel property management systems.
