The Westin Melbourne hotel is an oasis in the heart of the city|s bustling

Actively be involved in the daily running of the bars venues.
Coordinate tasks and oversee performance of Food and Beverage Attendants| ensuring maximum productivity and complete guest satisfaction are achieved.
Ensure smooth flow between Food & Beverage Attendants and Kitchen team.
Handle guest concerns and complaints according to Hotel standards and solicit guest feedback for continual improvement.
Provide initial and ongoing on the job training of Food and Beverage Attendants to ensure standards are adhered to.
Assist in completing administrative duties including rosters| logbooks and financial reports.
Uphold Westin standards and the hotel’s policies and procedures.
Complete weekly rosters
Previous supervisory experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel bar environment or upscale bar.
Valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety and Hygiene certificates.
Advanced wine| spirit and cocktail knowledge with the ability to train others.
Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
Advanced communication| organizational and service recovery skills.
Must have the flexibility to work on a 7 day roster including public holidays and weekends.
