We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our wonderful
team in Front Office.

Our Receptionists excel at:

Welcoming our guests at check-in| ensuring accuracy of reservation details and farewelling guests at checkout

Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.

Process all payment types such as room charges| cash| checks| debit| or credit.

Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.

Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.

Ensure all guest requests are accurately actioned with prompt follow through

Run daily reports (number of arrivals| departures)| identify any special requests| and check reports for accuracy.

Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.

We are looking for someone with these specific qualities to join our
passionate and dedicated team.

2+ years previous experience in front office or reservations in a 5 star hotel or resort environment

Exceptional customer service with internal and external guests

Proficiency with using Opera would be highly advantageous

Able to work independently and within a team environment

Excellent attention to detail

Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritize

Availability to work days| nights| weekends and public holidays

Excellent grooming and professional presentation at all times

Excellent communication skills

Right to work in Australia
