About the Role:
Situated in a prime position on the edge of thestunning Swan River| DoubleTree
by Hilton Perth Waterfront will adjoin BarrackSquare and the Elizabeth Qua

precinct. The 229 room hotel will boast stunningpanoramic river and cit

skyline views. This stylish full service andnew-build hotel will feature

restaurant| rooftop bar| executive lounge| gym|pool and event spaces.

Initially| through the pre-opening phase| this will be your opportunity
toinspire and build an amazing DoubleTree by Hilton culture within the
hotel|setting your team up for long-term success. Reporting to the
HotelManager| you will develop and execute leadership of the hotel|s guest
serviceand rooms operations in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspires the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and leadsthe team through the pre-opening phase of the hotel| building culture| teamwork| knowledge| individual and team confidence| towards a successful opening

Confidently communicates their vision for the hotel and inspires theteam in the delivery of the our brand essence| _‘simply welcoming|_

Leads the team through the pre-opening phase ensuring the delivery ofall standards| on time and on budget

Ensures that the team is fully trained and knowledgeable by the time ofopening| including systems| brand standards and operational procedures

Manages the team in the day-to-day operation; setting high standards forguest service and interaction and empowerment of the team to deliver toour regular guests| take ownership of problem resolution and confidently handlechallenging situations

Encourage the team and champion our recognition programs to inspire themto live up to the Hilton vision to fill the earth with the light and warmth ofhospitality by delivery exceptional experiences and take an active role inachieving hotel goals

Consistently challenges the status quo and looks to improve and innovateto provide the best possible service to our guests| the best environment forour team where they can thrive and be engaged

Inspires and leads a team of Guest Relations Duty Managers to deliverexceptional service

Champions our Hilton Honors loyalty program and our upselling programs

Assists in leadership of safety & security protocols and qualityaudits within the hotel

Acts as a key liaison for housekeeping management| to ensure seamlessdelivery of the rooms side of the business

Collaborates with all other departments towards achievement of hotelgoals and KPIs

Ensures all global policies and procedures are implemented and followsand implements hotel procedures in line with these policies

Maintains integrity of the hotel property management system and ensuresthat all end-of-day| credit and billing procedures are tightly controlled.

Required Skills & Experience:

Degree level qualification preferred
Substantial and successful track record in hotel operations required
Leadership experience in a front office management or equivalent level role; preferably 2 years or more
Proven track record of success in achieving service objectives
Proven ability to recruit| motivate and train successful teams

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstratethe following:

Knowledge of the hotel property management system and related software programs
Previous experience in the same or similar role within a full service hotel environment.
