About the role:

• Assist guests arriving and departing the hotel though the check-in and
departure process

• Handle guest requests| inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently

• Provide information on all facilities provided within the hotel

• Make recommendations| upsell hotel features and related services

• Assist in achieving Front Office goals such as upselling| loyalty enrolments
and Guest Satisfaction scores

What we are looking for :

• Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment

• Experience with OPERA property management system

• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude

• Energized in a fast paced environment

• Excellent grooming and presentation skills

• Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster with a minimum availability of three
days a week
