We have an opportunity for a Night Manager to join the Front Office team
on a 6 month fixed term contract.
About the role:
Responsible for the smooth operation of all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest and patron satisfaction.
Thoroughly investigate safety| security and emergency matters| guest issues and room and account discrepancies
Must be able to perform the full night audit
Ensure accurate completion of the night audit in a timely fashion
Prepare and distribute daily summary reports
What we are looking for:
Previous Front Office experience in a Supervisor or Manager position within a hotel environment is desirable
Experience with OPERA property management system is highly desirable
Excellent time management| managerial and organizational skills
Hold a First Aid Certificate and RSA Competency Card
Permanent resident or unlimited working rights in Australia
