As Operations Manager| you will oversee and direct all aspects of the hotel|s
operational departments including Front Desk| Food & Beverage| Kitchen|
Housekeeping| Engineering and other relevant operating departments. Ensuring
that these departments are well run by focusing on the following aspects:
Maximisation of revenues and profits| minimisation of operating costs|
implementation and follow up of service standards / staff training. Ensuring
the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
What will I be doing?
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for the effective operational
management of the hotel to ensure achievement of service| quality and profit
targets. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager| you will actively manage key
property issues and be responsible for performing the following tasks to th

highest standards;

Assist with the development of meaningful| achievable hotel budgets and other short and long term hotel strategic goals

Provide effective leadership to the hotel management team and team members to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
Respond to audits that are completed by the company to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
Plan| direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments in order to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Comply with and exceed hotel and company service standards.
Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and results are analysed regularly to highlight opportunities for action.
Manage and develop the operational team to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within the hotel and company.
Seek and respond to guest feedback in order to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.

An Operations Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our

you will ideally maintain the attitude| skills| and values that follow;

A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Strong commercial acumen| preferably with experience in F&B and Housekeeping Management.
Experience in managing budgets| revenue proposals and forecasting results.
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level or perform and exceed targets.
In depth knowledge of the hotel / leisure / service sector.
Accountable and resilient.
Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
Ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following
capabilities and distinctions:

Previous experience in similar role
A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
High level of IT proficiency
