Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve customer SCCM/MDT deployment solution failures within Dell`s Connected Configuration service

Work directly with our customers and cross-functional teams- including Dell & customer project managers- consultants- facility operations teams to ensure efficient & quality delivery of Dell`s Connected Configuration Service at Dell`s partner facilit

Validate customer`s SCCM/MDT deployment solution to insure it conforms with Dell Connected Configuration guidelines
Assist customers- Dell project managers- technical teams- and facility operations with new projects to verify & finalize initial production results via first article reviews.
Troubleshoot and assist customers and facility teams with resolution of Windows 10 and OS image development solutions using industry-standard Microsoft technologies
Contributes to the development and on-going improvement of Dell`s industry best practices and standards for deploying enterprise and client technologies
Mentors and provides technical leadership to other team members
Provides technical assistance and support for Dell`s Connected Configuration service
Reviews and determines readiness of customer`s SCCM infrastructure for inclusion in Dell`s Connected Configuration service
Travel 10 – 15% of the time

Education

Undergraduate or Graduate degree- and 3+ years of industry experience
MCSE / MCITP certifications

SCCM Infrastructure Skills

2+ years of experience as Architect / Team Lead with experience in the following:
Consultancy- Vendor or large enterprise
Expert knowledge of Microsoft SCCM/MDT. Should including design- implementation- and experience customizing/extending SCCM/OSD solutions capabilities across large scale enterprises
Understanding of networking and troubleshooting for SCCM/OSD solutions over global networks: WAN/LAN- TCP/IP- DNS- DHCP- Routers- Switches and Firewalls
Active Directory users and groups- Security permissions and excellent understanding of GPOs
Server OS skills: Installation- standard usage and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2008/2012+

Windows Imaging Skills

2+ years of experience as Architect / Team Lead with experience in the following:
Consultancy- Vendor or large enterprise
Expert level knowledge of current Windows Client based Operating Systems (Win 7/10)
Excellent understanding of HW/BIOS/Driver/Firmware/OS relationships
Excellent understanding of common application installation types (EXE- MSI- etc.)
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Windows OS imaging & deployment tools (Windows PE / WAIK / ADK)
Advanced scripting knowledge (VBS/PowerShell/BAT)- specifically to support AD / WMI queries and batch changes

Communications Skills

Excellent Customer engagement interaction & communications
Comfort with executive communication and presentation
Excellent consultative skills in both a technical pre-sales and post-sales settings
