sales-specific training courses. Defining competency needs and shapin

training on everything from sales skills to job-specific tools and Dell
products- we work with other functions to deliver the right learning at the
right time to the right people.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and evaluate information-based system training needs and objectives to develop & schedule ICT-based system training programs and courses for individual/group sales development
Meets & Exceeds quality targets for student experience through group/individual trainings- visual aids- online tutorials- direct training- and supporting training references
Liaising with External Trainers to arrange delivery of specific training- development programs- and Enablement`s
Designs- coordinates- schedules- and conducts best practices for ICT training that can be delivered in the form of individual and/or group instruction to ensure excellence in all aspects Dell Technology
Empowering sales by promoting and sharing resources to extend level of knowledge on products- materials- and skills required to excel; SalesU Learning- Dell University- SABA
Perform weekly Self-Development trainings to ensure highest possible levels of knowledge is transferred and provide higher training and sales effectiveness
Perform individual detailed analysis to identify current technical skills and abilities to prescribe and/or deliver personalized instructional training material and aids such as visual aids- online tutorials- and supporting training reference documentation
Provide consistent feedback to leadership on Learning and Development and audience experience to further develop
Executes and shares best practices for ensuring excellence in all aspects of learning and development Empower sales through the acquisition
Continually measure effectiveness of training analysis- technical training content and delivery- while designing and executing plans for improvement

Essential Requirements

MS office skills
Understanding of Sales Training processes and procedures
Ability to work independently using understanding to resolve complex task
Typically requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor`s degree; or 3+ years with a Master`s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience
