Role Overview
Supports key accounts for SecureWorks. The ideal candidate possesses a blend
of cyber security and relationship management experience. The Sr. Client
Delivery Executive is accountable aligning SecureWorks services to client
value systems and articulating the resulting impacts. Areas include risk-
industry analysis and business impact. The Sr. Client Delivery Executive
advises clients on security posture- maturity and future investments. The role
ensures strong client advocacy and retention.
Role Responsibilities
Articulates the performance of the CMO to board-level stakeholders
Establish client specific value areas
Measure and articulate risk
Articulate threat landscape
Demonstrate security controls efficacy
Prepare board ready reports
Provide C-Suite proof points
Chair joint steering committee meetings
Assist in business case/TCO activities
Develop- implement and measure Service Improvement Plans
Provide insight to emerging products and services
Impress the SCWX point of view
Sponsor innovation labs
Coordinates SecureWorks resources to ensure solution fit and delivery excellence
Provides actionable intelligence to sales makers to help drive revenue and mitigate client risk
Provides clients with proprietary intelligence around active threats by vertical or segment
Provides actionable feedback to product and engineering teams to improve service products
Accountable for service line and client level retention as measured by annual services contract values
As a managed security provider- SecureWorks expects its employees to
understand and apply commonly known security practices and possess a working
knowledge of applicable industry controls such as NIST 800-53. Employees are
expected to acknowledge their security responsibilities in writing prior to
gaining access to company systems. Employees will be required to maintain a
working knowledge of local security policies and execute general controls as
assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of service delivery experience with Fortune 100 clients
Minimum of 3 years of cyber security experience
Strong articulation of industry trends and standards
Minimum of one or more of the following certifications: GIAC- CISA- CISSP- or other industry standard security certification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferences
Background in security consulting- architecture- or pre-sales
Ability to work in a matrixed environment is a must
Strong board room presence
Demonstrated C-suite interaction
Demonstrated ability to work with global clients
Bachelor`s degree preferred
The position is based in Melbourne with up to 30% travel.
