As a well-respected industry leader- you will be responsible for leading our
Perth based geoscience and remediation services team focussed on promoting

culture of technical excellence- team engagement and development- clien

satisfaction and excellent business outcomes.

You will foster a culture of care and support- where you work alongside your
team to overcome obstacles and deliver outstanding outcomes for your clients
and for your team. You will utilise your strong commercial acumen to leadover
20 professional staff delivering contaminated land investigation and
remediation projects ranging in complexity and scale and encompassing desktop
assessments- intrusive investigations- human health and ecological risk
assessments- independent site auditor services- data management- remedial
design and remediation delivery. You will be committed to listening to clients
and working with them to solve their contaminated land projects across all
market sectors including Defence; oil & gas; industrial and manufacturing;
infrastructure development and delivery and property development.

As a visionary leader- you will be responsible for fostering and enhancing a
culture that embraces diversity- innovation and new ideas to deliver
excellence in client management- technical delivery and business outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this critical role- you will hold a tertiary qualification
in environmental Engineering- environmental Science or a related discipline
and you will have significant experience working within and/or understanding
of the contaminated land and remediation industry. You will have demonstrated
leadership capability through your success in previously held senior
technical- business development and/or operational leadership roles.

You will be a strong communicator- a self-motivated individual and most
importantly- a real collaborator and team player. You will utilise your
excellent leadership skills- open communication and technical knowledge to
relate to multidisciplinary technical teams which provide integrated project
delivery for your clients.
